The Perennial Gardener was established in 2005 by myself, John Moore, based in the Ford and Etal area in North Northumberland and offering garden maintenance and landscaping services to North Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.
I originally studied at The Houghall College in Durham and gained a NVQ in Environmental Conservation and Practical Conservation Skills in 1999.
Before starting as The Perennial Gardener in 2005, I gained a lot of experience in outdoor work and spent some time working on a large country estate in the gardens and grounds department. Nowadays, The Perennial Gardener runs as a team of hardworking, friendly and enthusiastic workers each bringing with them their own skills.
The Perennial Gardener offer a wide range of services covering all aspects of gardening and landscaping. An example of the services I provide can be seen on the services page, although these are just a brief example of the overall services I can provide. If you need something done in your garden, however big or small, the chances are that I can accommodate you.
The Perennial Gardener is also a wood fuel supplier using locally sourced timber and delivering quality firewood suitable for burning in open fires and stoves. I pride myself on being able to provide the best quality firewood at a competitive price, which is delivered at a convenient time and place to suit your needs.
The Perennial Gardener’s team of workers have an experienced background in the work we undertake. Along with that we have a good set of qualifications and accreditations to complement the work and to ensure that all work carried out by The Perennial Gardener is fully insured.
